The sunshine means sharing, sharing and more sharing! We've updated our small plates section to reflect the flavours of Summer with a whole lot more variety to keep your group snacking on our deck through the upcoming silly season.

Some of our favourites include the Tiger Prawns, Truffle & Paremsan Polenta Fries, Lamb Ribs and the Heirloom Tomatoes on Brioche Toast.

Friday Night Fights Launch & Weigh-In Event

Forget what you know about live boxing events and welcome to Friday Night Fights. Where sports, entertainment, and community meet.

To celebrate the launch of Friday Night Fights, The Cav will play host to the weigh-in on Thursday November 12th, 2020 watch the fighters stare each-other down over a few cold beverages, after the weigh in the party kicks-off with DJ sets from Bavhu & Soraya!

Weigh-in begins from 3pm, with DJ’s kicking off at 5:00 pm.

Congratulations to the winners of our Good Spirits Quiz Night Series - 'Kopites are Gobshites'

The format was simple, compete in a series of quiz nights and indulge in a few refreshments at your local Good Spirits establishment and earn points towards winning the grand prize, an all-expenses paid trip to QT for 6!

There's no question the stakes were high but this group of willing and determined lads from The Cav shed nothing short of blood, sweat and tears (and a few beers, well actually a lot of beers) to pull off an exemplary act of valor landing themselves the Grand Prize!

This Summer they'll be reaping the rewards, while the other teams mourn in defeat, these champions will dine like kings at some of Queenstown most note-worthy establishments. Whether it's the Pinot in the sun at Mt Difficulty, or a scotch fillet cooked medium-rare at Jervois Steak House nothing will ever taste as sweet as the victory itself.
