February is Pride Month 2023, a time to celebrate the diversity and accomplishments of the LGBTQ+ community and to advocate for their rights and equality. Good Spirits Hospitality is proud that this is the second year taking the Pride Pledge to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
What is the Pride Pledge?
The Pride Pledge is a commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ equality in the workplace and beyond. It was created to encourage businesses to take concrete steps to promote diversity, inclusivity, and equality for LGBTQ+ people.
By taking the Pride Pledge, Good Spirits Hospitality is committing to the following actions:
